THE SEQUENCE OF DEFENDING GRADUATION THESIS
After listening to the Chairman of the Council reading the decision of the establishment of a marking graduation thesis council, the defending graduation thesis session for a student is conducted in the following order:
1. The Chairman of the Council reads the name of the first student (Nguyen Van A) to present the thesis.
2. Student A presents the summary of the thesis for the maximum of 15 minutes.
3. Members in the Council ask questions to students A.
4. Student A sits in a private area to prepare for answering to questions.
5. During the period that student A prepares the answers, the Council invites the second student to defend. Then, the second student prepares the answers (repeating the defense sequence).
6. The Council asks Student A to answer the questions. The Council review the thesis.
7. The secretary of the Council reads the remarks and the grades from reviewers and the scientific supervisor.
8. Each member of the Council grades the thesis. Secretary summarizes and calculates the average grade.
9. The Chairman of Council reads the third student's name to present his/her thesis. When the third student prepares the answer, the Council asks the second student to answer the questions. (Repeat the protection sequence).
10. At the end of the day, the secretary will read the grades of all students' thesis who defend their theses in front of the Council.
