Khoa Kinh tế quốc tế trở thành đơn vị đào tạo và nghiên cứu có uy tín trong lĩnh vực kinh tế quốc tế, kinh doanh và thương mại quốc tế theo định hướng nghiên cứu và liên ngành; tiên phong ứng dụng công nghệ số, hội nhập khu vực và quốc tế, đóng góp vào phát triển bền vững của Trường Đại học Ngân hàng TP. HCM, doanh nghiệp và cộng đồng.
Triết lý giáo dục
Triết lý giáo dục của Khoa Kinh tế quốc tế là “Khai phóng - Liên ngành - Trải nghiệm”, nhấn mạnh phát triển toàn diện con người, tư duy liên ngành và học tập gắn với thực tiễn nghề nghiệp, hội nhập quốc tế. Triết lý này được cụ thể hóa trong chương trình đào tạo, phương pháp dạy - học, nghiên cứu ứng dụng, kết nối doanh nghiệp và ứng dụng công nghệ số.

Mission
The Faculty of International Economics is committed to educating high-quality human resources in international economics, international business, and international trade, equipped with the capacity to adapt to a global environment; advancing applied research and knowledge transfer to serve businesses, communities, and society; and fostering a holistic educational environment grounded in practice, international engagement, and digital transformation, while nurturing students’ creative thinking and capacity for innovation.
Vision
The Faculty of International Economics aspires to become a reputable centre for education and research in international economics, international business, and international trade, with a research-oriented and interdisciplinary focus; pioneering the application of digital technologies, strengthening regional and international engagement, and contributing to the sustainable development of Ho Chi Minh University of Banking, businesses, and the wider community.
Philosophy of education
The educational philosophy of the Faculty of International Economics is “Liberal Education – Interdisciplinarity – Experiential Learning,” emphasizing holistic human development, interdisciplinary thinking, and learning grounded in professional practice and international engagement. This philosophy is embedded in curriculum design, teaching and learning approaches, applied research, engagement with businesses, and the application of digital technologies.
